How to Get Listed in Binaa

Requirements for Becoming a Listed Contractor or Consultant

Required Documents

Valid Classification Certificate

Consultants MOM (Ministry of Municipality)
Contractors MOF (Ministry of Finance)

Optional Documents

(Applies for Consultants & Contractors)

These help strengthen your application but are not mandatory

  • Owner/Authorized Signatory's QID
  • Valid Commercial Registration/Commercial License (including stakeholders and activities)
  • Valid Establishment Card (Front and Back)
  • Audited Financial Statement (Last Year)
  • Manpower List from the Ministry of Labor
  • Building Completion Certificate (include up to 5 within last 3 years)
  • Valid Building Permit of an ongoing project (include up to 5 within last 3 years)

Qatar Development Bank is not responsible for resolving disputes between contracting parties, as the bank is not a party to the contract. In the event of a dispute, concerned parties should refer to the terms of their contract for resolution.


No, Qatar Development Bank does not oversee or intervene in contractual agreements. However, copies of the contracts may be requested in the future from the client with the first payment submission.


Effective from June 2025, companies not listed on the platform will not be allowed to undertake housing projects funded by the housing loan program.


Once all required documents are uploaded and submitted, the approval process takes approximately 5 working days.


Make sure all the documents are valid, uploaded in the right place, and meet the official requirements.
