Yes, the selected designs must be approved by the Ministry of Municipality. However, one of the key benefits of this initiative is the expedited approval process, facilitated through collaboration between QDB and the Ministry of Municipality such that, these designs have already received initial approval from the Ministry, significantly reducing the time required to obtain approvals.
Yes, modifications to the designs, specifications, or inventory tables of quantities can be made.
All designs included in the initiative are provided free of charge.
No, QDB does not select or appoint consultants or contractors. You are required to select both the consultant and the contractor from Binaa National platform; noting that QDB will not be a party to this contract.

No, Qatar Development Bank does not oversee or intervene in contractual agreements. However, copies of the contracts may be requested in the future from the client with the first payment submission.
Effective from June 2025, companies not listed on the platform will not be allowed to undertake housing projects funded by the housing loan program.

No, companies with ongoing housing projects will not be suspended. However, they will not be allowed to take on new projects after June 2025 if they failed to register.
No, there is no deadline for registration. Companies interested in being listed on the platform will always have the option to register.
